Specialty tortes and cakes are available from 8” to full sheet. Miniature pastries can be ordered individually or by the pound.
Chocolate Raspberry Brandy Torte: three layers of chocolate cake, filled with ganache and raspberry puree, covered with poured ganache and decorated with chocolate and raspberry. Non-alcoholic. Swiss Mocha Torte: two layers of hazelnut cake and one layer of chocolate cake filled with mocha buttercream and apricot puree, decorated with mocha buttercream, apricot and macaroon crunch. Non-alcoholic.
Viennese Hazelnut Torte: three layers of hazelnut cake filled with hazelnut buttercream and raspberry puree decorated with hazelnuts and toasted almonds. Non-alcoholic. Viennese Sacher Torte -- three layers of chocolate cake filled with ribbons of ganache and apricot puree, covered with poured ganache and decorated with chocolate script.
