Joan Zach will personally provide you with an initial consultation that includes a walk-through of our Cake Gallery, a tasting of our flavors and a discussion of your aesthetic requirements – from props and event themes, to fabric swatches, photographs and invitations. We will take into consideration every element of your event in order to produce the most appropriate and superb cake or dessert design. And, we can provide additional services as needed, from cake delivery to on-site set up.

Emmerich Zach leads his professional team of assistants in the creation and development of each of his unique designs. Chef Zach provides the finishing touches before each cake leaves our premises.

Our experience is with events both large and intimate. We can help you to determine the perfect amount of sweets required for any size party. And, with a better understanding of your needs, we will also help suggest dessert selections that speak to your budgetary needs.
